The staff was amazing - from Tyrel at check-in to Sheldon who promptly fixed my TV. the Penthouse suite was spacious and had all the amenities for a relaxing stay. the location is perfect for enjoying outdoor activities like deep-sea fishing and parasailing. the resort's commitment to sustainability with the Green Lodging seal is commendable. I enjoyed full access to Plaza Beach Hotel's amenities, including the private beach and heated pool. the peaceful setting and premium bedding made for a comfortable stay.
